just walked by Brolores Park and saw an alonebro playing an accordion under a streetlamp like he was in a movie about Paris. It was beautiful and authentic, but it was too dark to take a picture. It seems like all the authentic moments are unfilmable. not sure if that is because technology is ‘inherently inauthentic’. [via still feeling conflicted abt tech and whether it is possible to ‘use technology’ and ‘be authentic’ at the same time]
have yall ever done anything truly authentic while using technology?
